dc.description.abstract	As things can be achieved collectively that cannot be achieved individually, the cult of collaboration has become ubiquitous and reached the knowledge work where uninterrupted concentration is the principal virtue and where the collaboration interruptions, meetings, emails, calls become a curse. This item highlights and raises awareness of factors and issues that can harm collaboration outcomes and shows a cloud based approach to curse free collaboration between system administrators and service developers.	en_US
