Job motivation of Canadian anglophone and francophone hospital employees

Abstract

<p>Motivational orientations of the Canadian Anglophone employees in hospitals were compared. The results revealed that certain culture based differences in job motivation of the two groups found in earlier studies and observed mainly among industrial managers are also found among hospital employees.</p>
