dc.description.abstract<p>The era of the management of technology on a global scale is being heralded along with the advent of third generation R&D and the blossoming of transnational business alliances. Yet our understanding of the diverse fo rms of transnational technology management is fragmentary . There are signif icant gaps in our knowledge which preclude a comprehensive model . This paper identifies some of these gaps and considers how they might be filled.</p>en_US
