dc.description.abstract<p> The performance of a relative decay rate measurement technique was investigated. Determinations of the half-lives of the isotopes copper-64 and ruthenium-97 in various chemical states were attempted as illustrations of the use of the method. Applications of the technique are suggested.</p>en_US
