As examples, he indicates milestones in his own career and touches on his vision of cognition-driven design and automating the expert’s mysterious “feel” for a problem.

Slides from a presentation given by Bandler as part of the IEEE MTT-S Young Professionals Workshop on Modeling and Optimization for Active Devices, co-chaired by Gian Piero Gibiino and Justin King. The workshop was delivered via Zoom from Dublin, Ireland on October 25, 2022. Bandler’s focus was on career advice for young professionals.
