| dc.description.abstract | This paper explores the concept of Corporate Socio-Political Activism (CSA) and its impact on organizational value. By analyzing literature and conducting in-depth interviews with senior management, this study aims to understand how organizations create value through strategic CSA. The results indicate that CSA can influence consumer behavior, employee satisfaction, and organizational reputation. The study concludes with recommendations for integrating CSA into corporate strategy. | |
