Abstract

<p>A study Df Husserl's phenomenology, this thesis will concentrate on the meaning of the transcendental ego within his phenomenology. Merleau-Ponty will be studied with the specific intention of complementing Husserl's thought through another philosophical, though phenomenological, perspective on the problem of the return to the things themselves.</p>
