T is a not-for-profit organization in Hamilton seeking to increase residents' democratic engagement across six priority areas: Infrastructure, Economy, Leadership, Environment, Community, and Transportation. Their recent city-wide survey asked participants to rate their satisfaction with issues relating to each of these priority areas and provide open-ended feedback. With over 2000 responses, IELECT asked the McMaster Research Shop to help analyze the survey. Specifically, the objectives were to investigate spatial patterns to the data and themes from the open-ended feedback. This report provides findings for each of these analyses.en_US
