dc.description.abstract<p>This exploratory experimental study investigated the relationship between scores on the "Big Five" personality factors (Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and Openness to Experience) received by members of a design team and the team's subsequent performance and satisfaction. The study provided some interesting results from which "preliminary rules" for the selection of team members might be made.</p>en_US
