dc.description.abstract | <p>This exploratory experimental study investigated the relationship between scores on the "Big Five" personality factors (Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, Agreeableness, and Openness to Experience) received by members of a design team and the team's subsequent performance and satisfaction.
