dc.description.abstract | This project resulted from an 8-month collaboration between the McMaster Research Shop and United Way Hamilton & Halton, which aimed to refine and enhance a needs assessment survey tool to help with community sensing of needs and service priorities. Grounded in the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework (SLF), the project sought to better capture the experiences and perspectives of UWHH service users, including their satisfaction with current services and ideas for improvement. | en_US |
