Abstract: | The glacial lake shorelines of Drant County were traced and mapped in the field. Their heights were estimated and determined accurately at a number of locations, including some in adjacent Eentworth County. The characteristics of other physiographic featur •were also noted. From this information and an analysis of previous literature on the subject, the shorelines are identified. Morainic features are related to the conditions of their formation. Finally a chronology is given for the stages of ice retreat across Brunt County. |
