Description: Slides from a presentation given by Bandler as part of 2022 IEEE MTT-S Professional Workshop on Electromagnetic Modeling and Optimization (EMO 2022). Organized by Q.J. Zhang and Jianan Zhang, the workshop was delivered via Zoom from Nanjing, China on October 22, 2022. Bandler’s focus was on career advice for young professionals.
