Description: Module 4 is a self-directed interprofessional learning module on Debriefing Workplace Events, where learners will: 1.--Articulate the role and importance of debriefing workplace events--2. Understand the different types of workplace debriefing, and how they can be integrated into the clinical workplace--3. Apply an organized framework for debriefing clinical events--4. Recognize factors required to establish and maintain a psychologically safe environment for debriefing workplace events--5. Define performance gaps and strategies for identifying them--6. Develop an action plan for integrating workplace event debriefing into their clinical training.
