Abstract: <p>This paper describes a highly innovative project to improve the support of home healthcare in Simcoe County in Ontario, Canada, through a wireless system that provides online access for homecare nurses. In conjunction with the project, eight areas of research are being pursued in both administrative and clinical areas. Some initial results on business case analysis and development of the first modules are described.</p>
