Abstract: A plain-language synthesis of what is known based on the best available global and local research evidence about the problem(s) related to creating resilient and responsive mental health systems for children, youth and families during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario, elements of a potentially comprehensive approach for addressing it, and key implementation considerations. This citizen brief was prepared to inform a citizen panel. A youth brief was also prepared in order to inform a child and youth panel.
