dc.description.abstractAn in-depth synthesis of what is known based on the best available global research evidence (i.e., evidence syntheses) and local research evidence (i.e., single studies) and may include a scan of experiences from other countries and from Canadian provinces and territories, about models to support trans individuals’ access to care in response to a decision-maker's request.en_US
dc.description.sponsorshipRISE prepares both its own resources (like this rapid synthesis) that can support rapid learning and improvement, as well as provides a structured ‘way in’ to resources prepared by other partners and by the ministry.
