Post-secondary students face unique mental health challenges that may benefit from innovative support approaches. The Distress Centre of Halton is exploring the potential adaptation of their peer-led outbound call program, TeleCheck, to address student mental health challenges. This research examines the theoretical benefits of such a program to inform development and investment decisions. Through a rapid literature review of academic and grey literature, we examined student mental health needs, and the separate evidence bases for peer support and outbound call programs.en_US
