| Abstract: | Flamborough Connects facilitates community services and provides information and referral services to individuals living in Flamborough. Flamborough Connects aims to understand their client demographics and gather continuous feedback on how to improve the relevancy and delivery of their services. With this aim, Flamborough Connects approached the McMaster Research Shop seeking support with a needs assessment for their clients using an online and telephone survey. |
