Abstract: <p>Concentrations of seven pollutants, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, total nitrogen oxides, ozone, particulates, and sulphur dioxide are evaluated to identify trends since 1971 when the Canadian Clean Air Act became law.
