dc.description.abstract<p>The long-range aim of this thesis was to further the understanding of the mechanisms involved in virus interference. To this end, biochemical and immunological procedures were used to characterize and define the virus-specific proteins of VSV. Biological studies of homotypic and heterotypic ·interference were also carried out. </p>en_US
